We may offer a free trial subscription for our service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription plan.
The subscription is a one-time payment for support for one year.
Payment will be charged to the card you submitted at the time of purchase upon confirmation of subscription. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you submit.
If you signed up for Ask Sétu with different expectations, you can request cancellation by sending us an email at hello@asksetu.com. Canceling your subscription means that you will lose access to all premium features under your chosen plan.
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, you can send us an email at hello@asksetu.com. Our team will get in touch within 48 hours to find the best solution for you.

If you signed up for Ask Sétu with different expectations and want a refund, you can send us an email at hello@asksetu.com. We will process your refund request within 30 days.
